A large and spacious old coaching inn, set in a quiet corner of the Estate grounds in complete tranquility next to the river Girvan.

Newly decorated for Summer 2024, Lady Farm is in a beautiful, peaceful location in the heart of the Estate. Sleeping 8 in total, it includes a large spacious modern kitchen with an island, a separate cosy dining room with log burner and a large comfortable sitting room also with a log burner and plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (king and twin beds - which can also be made up as a superking) and a bathroom. Upstairs we have two more bedrooms (king and twin beds) and a bathroom. There is a third bathroom off the utility room and a spacious porch area with plenty of space for wellies, dogs and fishing rods.

On your doorstep, there are over 200 acres of woodland, garden and river walks to explore, and a large variety of birdlife and roe deer to observe. 3 miles away is the harbour town of Girvan — a great spot for sightseeing on the Ayrshire coast, fishing, boat trips, family activities, places to eat and shopping, and within half an hour of three championship golf courses.
